Pricing for web design and development services is based on the estimated number of hours of labor your project will require as determined by Matt Whelan Designs. Project quotes are free and are given at the request of a client.
Matt Whelan Designs will never increase fees for our services once work has begun as long as the scope of a project remains the same. Changes in the scope of work to be performed may result in changes in project price.
Payment Policy For Web Services:
50% Payment Required Before Work Begins
50% Payment Upon Site Completion
All unfinished sites are hosted on mattwhelandesigns.com until their completion. Upon receipt of a final payment, completed sites will either be transferred to the client's requested hosting account or a copy will be made available to the client at their request.
